Your drawings are not analytics data.
Caliboard separates product telemetry from the content you create.
Workspace data
When you use private cloud mode, account information and board data are stored in the configured Supabase project. Device-only drawings remain in your browser unless you export or copy them to cloud storage.
Optional analytics
Product analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. If enabled, Caliboard sends a small set of named workflow events to an EU-hosted PostHog project. It does not enable session replay or automatic click capture.
Data deliberately excluded
Analytics events must not contain board content, plan text, titles, email addresses, access tokens, URLs, search queries, filenames, or other free-form user input.
Your choice
You can change the analytics preference at any time using “Privacy choices.” Disabling analytics clears the local analytics identity and stops future capture from this browser.
